Add Page Name & URL To Email

Introduction

Follow these steps to add the page name and URL to the email.

Step 1:  Add two  "Hidden" fields and assign one to capture the URL and one to capture the Page Name

Step 2: Add the IDs of both "Hidden" fields to the email

Add the IDs of both "Hidden" fields to the Email Confirmation and Email Notification.
