If you need help then you can contact us through your account or email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please know that we only offer support for those with a valid license. 

While we do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible, we currently do not have 24-hour live support and work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm UK time.
