Build A Contact Form

Introduction
Follow these steps to learn how to build a contact form.
Step 1: Add The Form Module
Start off by adding the Form Module to the page of your choice.
Step 2: Define Content Main Options
Edit the main options by adding a Title, ID, form type as Contact Form and submit button. Make sure to select Contact Form.

After completing the main settings of the content tab, you will need to add and customize form fields that relate to a contact form. Examples of field types that you may want to use in your contact form include the Input, Text Area, Email, and Checkbox, among others.
Step 8: Define Field Options
You will need at least one field to complete your contact form. We suggest adding the name and email of the person filling out the form. Please note that if you add an email field type then set it to is recipient email address so that Divi Form Builder knows where to send the emails. Please click

View your new contact form from the front end and remember to use the Design tab for extra style.
