Step 1: Add The Form Module

Start off by adding the Form Module to the page of your choice.

Step 2: Define Content Main Options

Step 3: Define Content Notices Options

Please click HERE for information on Form Notices.

Step 4: Define Content Redirects Options

Please click HERE for information on Redirects.

Step 5: Define Content Extra Options

Please click HERE for information on our Extra Features.

Step 6: Define Spam Protection Options

Please click HERE for information on Spam Protection.

After completing the main settings of the content tab, you will need to add fields to your login form. The two that you will use to enable users to log in are the Login Name and Password fields.

Step 7: Define Field Options

Add a field, such as the Login Name, to your login form. Give your form field a title, ID, type of field, etc. Please click HERE for more information on field types.

Step 8: Define Field Layout Options

Please click HERE for information on field layout options.

Step 9: Define Mapping Options

Mapping options are only for forms that are designed to create login and registration forms, pages, posts, and custom posts. Since you are making a login form then you will need to map your field correctly. To do this, select User Field(User/Login form only) from the first dropdown and the name of the field from the second. As was said above, you will be using the Login Name and Password most often for this form. Click HERE for more information on Field Mapping.

Step 10: Define Field Conditional Logic

Please click HERE for information on Conditional Logic.

Log out to view your new login form from the front end and remember to use the Design tab for extra style.
