New CPT Slug Problem

Introduction

Follow this step if the length of your CPT is giving you problems.

Step 1: Shorten CPT Slug

When creating a new custom post type you may find that the slug shortens. The reason for this is that WordPress only allows a custom post type slug to be 20 characters long. Please adjust the name and/or slug to be 20 characters long.
