Auto Detect From Mapped Field

Written by the Divi Engine Documentation Team

Introduction

Follow these steps to learn how to auto-detect from a mapped field.

Step 1: Create ACF Field Options

Create a select, checkbox or radio field type in Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin and set the options correctly. For example, I have created a Select Field Type in ACF with six options.

Step 2: Enable Auto Detect

Add a new field in the form Module, select the Type as Select, Checkbox or Radio. Then activate the Auto Detect button.

Step 3: Map The Field

End off by mapping the field in the Mapping Options section to the correct field. This entails selecting the right Field Mapping Type and associated Field. For example, since I am using an ACF Select Field I select "ACF Field" from the first drop down and then find the associated field.

Step 4: View Field

Make your way to the frontend and view the field. You should see your preset options.
