Introduction

Follow these steps to learn how to add a select dropdown field type to your form.

Step 1: Select Select Dropdown Field

To use the Select Dropdown field type select it from the Type dropdown in the main content settings of the Form Module. Then give the select dropdown options or use the field mapping feature - please click HERE to read about this in our documentation.

Step 2: Define Select Dropdown Layout Options

If you would like to add Select2 to your dropdown then head over the Layout Options and enable Select2. Note that you will also need to visit the Extra section of the Form Module and enable Select2.

Step 3: Customize The Form

Customize the rest of your Form using our documentation to your left. There you will find, among other topics, a detailed description of the Form Module settings along with how to set up a contact form, login form, post create form and so on.

Step 4: View The Result

View the result from the front end and remember to add more style through the Design Tab.
