Form Not Submitting

Introduction

Follow these steps if your Form Module is not submitting.

Option One: Add Failed Message Text

Add %%message%% into the Failed Message Text field, save, submit a form and then send us the error notice that you receive.

Option Two: Use A Divi Library Layout

Step 1: Create A Divi Layout

Make your way to Divi Library and create a layout containing a text module containing the characters %%message%%

Step 2: Add A Divi Layout

Head over to your form and assign this layout inside the Notices section.

View Error

Submit your form, view the reason for the failure and make the necessary changes.
