Archive Loop Module

Introduction

Follow these steps to learn how to use the Archive Loop module.

Step 1: Build Your Page

Add the Archive Loop Module to any page except the Custom Loop Layout.

Step 2: Customize The Archive Loop Module

After adding the Archive Loop Module you will need to customize it by defining the Post Type and Custom Loop Layout. Please view the Archive Loop Module settings below.

Archive Loop Module Settings

Main Options

  • Post Type: Select the Post Type.
  • Custom Loop Layout: Select your Custom Loop Layout.
  • Filter/Infinite Scroll Icon: Select the Icon to show when Loading the Filter.
  • Animation Icon Color: Select the color for the Animation Icon.
  • Loading Background Color: Select the color for the background of the Animation Icon.
  • No Post Layout: Select the Layout to show when there are no posts.
  • Is Main Loop: Enable to make this loop the Main Loop.

Loop Options

General

  • Post Status: Select the status of what posts to show.
  • Include Current Post: Enable to include the current post.
  • Post Count: Define the number of posts to show.
  • Post Offset Number: Define the number of posts to skip.
  • Post Display Type: Select the Posts to display.
  • Categories Type: Select when not using a Divi Machine CPT.

Include Terms

  • Include Categories: Define category URLs to filter.
  • Include Tags: Define tag URLs to filter.
  • Exclude Categories: Define category URLs to not filter.
  • Exclude Tags: Define tag URLs to not filter.
  • Exclude Posts: Define category URLs to not filter.
  • Choose Your Taxonomy: Select a taxonomy to filter.
  • Include Custom Taxonomy: Define taxonomy URLs to filter.

Terms & Load Only

  • Include Categories On Load ONLY: Define category URLs to filter.
  • Include Tags On Load ONLY: Define tag URLs to filter.
  • Include Custom Taxonomy On Load ONLY: Select a taxonomy to filter.
  • Include Custom Taxonomy Values On Load ONLY: Define taxonomy URLs to filter.

Sorting

  • Filter By ACF Name: Select an ACF field to filter.
  • ACF Value: Define the ACF value.
  • Sort Order: Select how to order your posts.
  • Order: Select the ordering direction.

Element Options

  • Display Load More: Select none, pagination, load more button or infinite scroll.
  • Load More Text: Define the text in the Load More button.
  • Load More Loading Text: Define the text while the button is Loading.
  • Scroll To Top After Ajax Update: Enable to Scroll to the top.
  • Fine Tune The Position: Select the position of the Pagination.
  • Show Results Count: Enable to show the Results Count.
  • Result Count Position: Select the position of the Results Count.
  • Has Map: Enable when using the Map feature.
  • Map Selector: Define the selector.
  • Show All Posts On The Map: Enable to show all Posts.
  • Market Tooltip Layout: Select Layout for the tooltip.
  • Cluster Map: Enable this to have a cluster map when using the ACF Map feature. 

Grid Options

  • Grid Style: Select Grid or Masonry.
  • Equal Height Grid Cards: Enable to make all grid cards the same height.
  • Align Module At The Bottom: Enable to align the layouts at the bottom.
  • Grid Columns: Select the number of columns on desktop.
  • Tablet Grid Columns: Select the number of columns on tablet.
  • Mobile Grid Columns: Select the number of columns on mobile.
  • Custom Gutter Gaps: Enable to use custom gutter gaps.
  • Gutter Row Gap: Select gutter row gap.
  • Gutter Column Gap: Select gutter column gap.

Extra Options

  • Link To Single Page: Enable to link each layout to the Post.
  • Open To External URL: Enable to open link in external URL.
  • External ACF Field: Select an ACF URL field.
  • Open In New Tab: Enable to open the Post in a new tab,
