Introduction

Follow these steps to learn how to add a radio button field type to your form.

Step 1: Select Radio Button Field

To use the Radio Button field type select it from the Type dropdown in the main content settings of the Form Module. Then give the checkbox options or use the field mapping feature - please click HERE to read about this in our documentation.

Step 2: Define Radio Button Layout Options

Click on the Layout Options section and style your radio buttons. Give your Radio Button field some style in the Layout Options section by setting the position and whether you would like to turn your radio buttons into Divi buttons.

Step 3: Customize The Form

Customize the rest of your Form using our documentation to your left. There you will find, among other topics, a detailed description of the Form Module settings along with how to set up a contact form, login form, post create form and so on.

Step 4: View The Result

View the result from the frontend and remember to add more style through the Design Tab.
