Step 1: Set It Up - Add Repeater Custom Field Type
Start off by creating a custom field Repeater Type for your desired Field Group. In this example, I add a Repeater Type custom field called Repeater Module Pro ACF Test to a Field Group and then add two fields to the Sub Fields area.
1.) Create a Repeater Field.
2.) Add fields into the Sub Field area.
Step 2: Set It Up - Add Repeater Module
Head over to the "All" page template in the Theme Builder or a Custom Loop Layout and add the Repeater Module.
1.) Add the Repeater module to Theme Builder single post template or Custom Loop Layout in the Divi Library.
Step 3: Customize Repeater Module
Repeater Module | TABLE
Turn your Repeater ACF Field with Sub Fields into a table by customizing the Repeater module as follows.
1.) Select ACF Pro from the Repeater Type field.
2.) Select the ACF Field of Repeater Type (not the individual Sub Fields) created above.
3.) Select Table from the Repeater Field Style.
Repeater Module | CUSTOM LOOP LAYOUT
Turn your ACF Field Repeater with Sub Fields into a Loop by customising the Repeater module as follows.
1.) Select ACF Pro from the Repeater Type field.
2.) Select the ACF Field of Repeater Type (not the individual Sub Fields).
3.) Select Custom Loop Layout from the Repeater Field Style.
4.) Create a Custom Loop Layout in the Divi Library adding ACF Item modules. Then in each ACF Item module, add the Sub Fields (one Sub Fields for each ACF Item module). Select this Custom Loop Layout
Repeater Module | TABS
Turn your ACF Field Repeater with Sub Fields into Tabs by customising the Repeater module as follows.
1.) Select ACF Pro from the Repeater Type field.
2.) Select the ACF Field of Repeater Type (not the individual Sub Fields).
3.) Select Tabs from the Repeater Field Style.
4.) In the Tabs/Accordion Settings select the first Sub Field of the ACF Repeater made above - this field will form the headings.
5.) Create a Custom Loop Layout in the Divi Library containing the ACF Item module. Assign the other Sub Fields (not the one used for the headings) to the ACF Item module - one Sub Field for each ACF Item module. Select this Custom Loop Layout
Repeater Module | ACCORDION
Turn your ACF Field Repeater with Sub Fields into an Accordion by customising the Repeater module as follows.
1.) Select ACF Pro from the Repeater Type field.
2.) Select the ACF Field of Repeater Type (not the individual Sub Fields).
3.) Select Accordion from the Repeater Field Style.
4.) In the Tabs/Accordion Settings select the first Sub Field of the ACF Repeater made above - this field will form the headings.
5.) Create a Custom Loop Layout in the Divi Library containing the ACF Item module. Assign the other Sub Fields (not the one used for the headings) to the ACF Item module - one Sub Field for each ACF Item module. Select this Custom Loop Layout
Step 4: Add Infomation To Each Post
Add relevant information to each post and view the post from the frontend.
