Introduction

Follow these steps to filter by date. Please know that at the moment you can only filter by date using Categories, Tags and the ACF Select, Radio and Checkbox options.

Step 1: Add Archive Loop & Filter Post Modules

Head over to the page, post, project or Theme Builder Template (for custom posts) of your choice and add the Filter Posts Module and Archive Loop Module.

Step 2: Customize Archive Loop Module

Customize the Archive Loop Module. The most important settings to get your filter working are the Post Type, Custom Loop Layout and Is Main Loop. 

Filter By Date - Categories

Create date Categories, assign each post to a Category and then add a new Filter Item setting Category, the Post Type and Filter Type.

Filter By Date - Tags

Create date Tags, assign each post to a Tag and then add a new Filter Item setting Tags, the Post Type and Filter Type.

Filter By Date - ACF Field

Create a new ACF Field associated with the correct Field Group. Give the Field a Label, Name and set the Type to be Select, Radio or Checkbox. Give the Field some data choice and then assign each post to a choice. Add a new Filter Item setting ACF Plugin, the Post Type and ACF Name.
